The Upload tab is the 4th button from the left, right above Poetry Spotlight.
You will be taken through the Upload process step-by-step. Please note that your video or audio upload is limited to 2GB.
You may upload videos with these formats:
mpg, mpeg, avi, divx, mp4, flv, wmv, rm, mov, moov, asf, swf, vob, 3gp, mkv, mp3
3. Edit
You can further edit information about your performance. Just click on your video and then click on the Edit link that appears. Now you can add a thumbnail or change your descriptions, titles or tags.
4. Enjoy! View your video or listen to your audio clip!
