Windows 95/98, Millennium(Me), XP, 2000 Pro/Server:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 - Adobe 8.0 is not currently supported. (Use link above to download earlier version)
- 20 MB of available hard disk space per book
- 8 MB of available hard disk space per form

Macintosh
- Apple system software 7.1.2 or later
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 - Adobe 8.0 is not currently supported. (Use link above to download earlier version)

Downloading an e-book:

Windows and Macintosh users will need to have Adobe Reader7.0 installed to view e-books. Adobe 8.0 is not currently supported.

When you complete the check out process, a ‘receipt’ page will appear. On this page is the link/button to download your title.

YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BUTTON/LINK ON THE ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE TO RETRIEVE YOUR BOOK. The system will retrieve your book and open it in Adobe Reader. If you do not click on this link, you will not be able to download your book at a later time.

WINDOWS users: A ‘My Digital Editions’ folder will be created in your ‘My Documents’ folder.

MACINTOSH users: A ‘Digital Editions’ folder will be created in your ‘Documents’ folder.

You will be able to revisit the title at your leisure in this folder.

FAQs:

The download finished but I can not find the file.
All operating systems have a default download folder. If you have not changed your download destination, this is where your product file is located.

Do I need Adobe e-Reader or Microsoft Reader installed to view encrypted files?
You will need Adobe Acrobat e-Reader 7.0 (free download) to view these files. Adobe 8.0 is not currently supported.
